MemoMaster is a modern structured filing system for text and calculation information of all kinds in a clearly divided, comprehensive knowledge database. MemoMaster is available in several formats, such as a Standalone and Network Version as well as a Freeware Version usable for non-commercial purposes only.

 

 

Usable areas...

 

MemoMaster helps to deal with the daily workload and information you receive easier and more effectively. Descriptions, useful information, ideas, scrap texts, addresses, calculations, tables, entry forms, file attachments, links, pictures and charges or recipes may be collected and saved with a software in a well-structured manner.

 

The layout of a Memo database can be created by using folders, sub-folders and Memos in a tree structure.
Memos and folders can be moved, sorted, highlighted or tagged within the tree. The integrated full-text search allows you to always search precisely; also information can be found easily again. Texts and tables can be edited with familiar and trusted word processing and spreadsheet functions.

 

The functions...

 

If desired, MemoMaster can be accessible via a small icon on your desktop. Some special features are the creation of data entry forms as well as different templates, the creation of however many Memo databases (storage on a USB stick is possible), the creation of Memos from texts from the clipboard as well as the transfer of content from Memos or whole folders to a Microsoft Word or Acrobat-Reader document, including table of contents and page numbers. Calculations can be imported and exported to and from Microsoft Excel.

MemoMaster serves as an electronic resource or reference tool - for an individual and a team! The Network Version allows to store, transfer or commonly edit information quickly and in a well-structured manner. Further, it helps to expand the "knowledge" of other co-workers.
