What is MemoMaster?

MemoMaster is a tool that is easy to use and flexible. It allows administering and collecting information of texts, pictures, and calculations of any kind.

 

 

How does MemoMaster work?

Memos are created and structured in folders or sub-folders in form of the proven tree structure.

 

 

Where does MemoMaster help?

MemoMaster administers descriptions, non-fictional texts, useful directions, protocols, model texts, verdicts, addresses, text blocks, pictures, recipes, tables, forms, links and files. These texts are saved structured and become available for several users.
Stand-alone and multi-user solution

MemoMaster is an electronic reference work - also usable for the work in a team. The Network Version allows the administration of information in a team.

 

 

Familiar work environment

Texts and calculations can be edited with the help of proven word processing and spreadsheet functions.

 

 

Special features

Special features are the creation of forms and data masks, the spreading of various models, the creation of Memos from texts of the clipboard as well as the transfer of Memo or whole folder content in a Microsoft Word, Excel or PDF file, where table of contents and page numbers are included..

Information can be linked per hyperlink. Text passages may also be linked individually.

 

 

Secure 128Bit AES encryption

Archived files are compressed and filed via 128Bit AES encryption. Access may be limited to individual users or teams.

 

 

Navigation bar with anchor function

To quickly access information that is spread over several Memos, these Memos can be anchored together as a register.

 

 

Support of Microsoft Office

Memos are Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook compatible. Import and Export is supported.

 

 

Always up-to-date

MemoMaster searches for updates automatically if desired and performs these automatically.

 
Support of Acrobat Reader format

MemoMaster also imports texts from PDF files or creates PDF documents - if desired including password and access protection.

 

 

Calculations and functions

In addition to the classic word processing, calculations may be created and enhanced with Excel functions.

 

 

Expiration date for out of date files

Memos can be equipped with an expiration date. This is to ensure that your data remains current and well-arranged.

 

 

User and rights management

Individual Memos and whole folder structures may be tagged with access rights. Further, limitations, such as e.g. export or a drag’n drop blocker are possible.

 

 

Screen capturing function

Text passages and screen clippings can be transferred easily.

 

 

Online access wherever you are

Memo databases can be administered wherever you are. Free cloud services, such as e.g. DropBox are supported.

 

 

Take data with you

Memos can be administered via USB. Later, edited Memos can easily be transferred to the central database via drag’n drop.

 

 

Available on your desktop

If desired, MemoMaster can be available for users via a tray symbol on the desktop.
