The structuring of the Memos gets handled with the support of folders and subfolders in a tree. However many files can be attached to the bottom of a Memo. The Professional-Edition allows the archiving of file attachments on a server so that these attachments can be commonly shared (checked-in/out) within a company or a department (128 Bit AES encrypted).
